What condition will my comics arrive in? 

While we strive to pull only the best for pre-orders, manufacturing issues can arise from the distributors/publishers. 

We guarantee your copy will be 9.2 or better. 

What is a 9.2 condition? 

A 9.2 comic book condition is graded as Near Mint- (NM-). It is a very well-preserved collectible that appears new at first glance, but close inspection can reveal very minor imperfections.
Allowable Defects for a 9.2 Grade
Spine: A few minor spine stress lines (ticks) are allowed, though they should barely break color.
Corners: Slight, nearly imperceptible blunting or minor rounding on one or more corners.
Surface/Edges: Minor dents or light surface impressions visible only under a reflective light angle; minor bends under 1/8 inch that do not break the ink color.
Staples: Clean and centered with minimal discoloration or tiny stress tears.

How do Pre-Orders work?

Pre-Orders will ship within 2-3 days of release date. 

Any order including a pre-order WILL NOT SHIP until the release date of said pre-order. Please be mindful of this when ordering. This includes other pre-orders with varying release dates. Those orders will not ship until the last pre-order has been received in store. Customer can request orders be shipped earlier but will be required to pay additional shipping for any outstanding pre-orders not shipped.

I want to pre-order the next three issues of a comic, how do I make sure I get each of them upon release? 

You will need to place separate orders OR become a box subscriber and request weekly shipping. 

How much is Shipping? 

Shipping can vary depending on region. Upon checkout, the system will calculate your shipping cost. We can normally fit 6-9 comics per comic shipper (depending on size of comic) so it is best to order together if the items are in stock to save on shipping. Or if you don't mind waiting on pre-orders to fulfill your entire order.

I'm looking for a title but do not see it. How can I find out if you have it?

We are currently putting over 250,000 titles on the website, including listing pre-orders so some titles may not appear as of yet. If there is something you are looking for, please email us at info@vault35.com and we can check to see if we have it and can make a custom invoice for you even if it's not listed on the website!
